As a child, both juices were some of my absolute favorites. Oh, and let’s not forget my cherry craze and orange mandarin juice juice – so good! This bright, sharp strawberry orange banana puree It literally tastes just like the bottled juices that you may grow up to, but is full of vitamin C and is made with only 4 ingredients (there are no additional sweeteners or fillers). There are tons of ways to make it your own by enhancing protein, fiber and eating!

Composition in this strawberry recipe for orange banana
You will only need 4 simple ingredients to make this milky without strawberry orange banana puree:
- Frozen strawberries: I recommend using frozen strawberries instead of fresh ones so you don’t have to add extra cubes of ice.
- Banana: Feel free to use fresh or frozen to naturally sweeten this puree.
- Orange: In this recipe there is no concentrate of orange juice, just one fresh orange full of vitamin B.
- Almond milk: To help get the right sequence and keep the puree without vegan and dairy products.
- Garnish: I like to announce this puree with fresh banana or strawberry slices! Feel free to add Granola Or even unsweetened coconut flakes too. Yum!
Can I do it without a banana?
Absolutely! You can easily replace the banana for 1 cup of frozen pineapple. This will give Smoothie a delicious, tropical taste!
Choose your favorite milk
I like to use almond milk in my puree recipes because I usually have it on hand, but you can use any milk you would like! For a tropical twist, try light coconut milk.
Optional mashed additions
Feel free to really make this strawberry orange banana puree your own! Here are some nutritional suggestions:
- Flax food: This is one of my favorite ingredients to add to the smoothies for a little impetus to fiber and minerals. It is especially great for breastfeeding moms, as flaxseed can help increase milk supply. Usually the tablespoon is many. Here’s a brand that I loveS
- Chia Seeds: Add to a tablespoon of Chia seeds For your puree for boosting healthy fats and fiber.
- Hemp seeds: Feel free to throw them hemp seeds Lurking in your cabinet for boosting healthy fats, omega and minerals.
- Organic spinach: If you are looking to get more green in your puree, try adding a few cups of spinach. This can turn the puree of different colors, but you will not be able to try spinach.
- Greek yogurt: Add the protein boost with a spoonful of Greek yogurt (or your favorite, no lactic yogurt). You may need to reduce almond milk to 1/2 cup in this puree when you add yogurt.
- Protein powder or collagen peptides: Another great way to add some protein. Recommend Vanilla -flavored protein powder In this recipe or plain collagenS You will probably need to increase the milk to help mix the protein powder well.
Tips for preparing this orange strawberry banana puree
Here are some of my favorite tips for making this puree creamy and delicious:
- Use frozen fruits. Adding frozen instead of fresh fruits to your puree will help you keep the puree cold and thick. Sometimes the ice is not mixed either, so it is best to skip unless it is absolutely necessary. If you only have fresh fruits, try adding 1 cup of frozen cauliflower as it combines much easier than ice.
- Add more liquid. Do not be afraid to add more liquid if your puree is too thick or will not mix completely. High power faucets tend to mix frozen fruits much better, so if you have a simple or personal blender, you may need to add more milk.
- Start low, high. Start the blender at a low speed, then gradually increase the speed to high to help mix all the ingredients. Finish with the blender at low speed.

Acute and delicious vitamin C Dangerous Strawberry Orange Banana Puree, made with fresh fruits and creamy almond milk. This easy, 4-circuit puree is vegan and ideal for adding the impetus to your favorite protein. Wonderful, healthy breakfast or breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 glass Frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 Medium orange, peeled
- ¾-1 glass Unexpected almond milk, plus more for a slim if necessary
Recipe notes
Feel free to add ½ cup usually Greek yogurt to boost protein. If you add yogurt, you may want to consider reducing almond milk to a total of 1/2 cup. Feel free to add more if necessary to thin the disturbances to your liking.
