This spicy baked red pepper feta It cannot be easier to make and wow the aroma is out of this world delicious. Recently, for evenings, I was obsessed with the creation of heart cups with protein, vegetables, sometimes a delicious grain and a unique sauce to bring it together. This immersion is actually the basis of one of those super satisfying, everything in a bowl of evenings that I come on your way tomorrow!
Add this to your breakfast on weekdays, serve it as an easy entree next time you host it, or spread it on a sandwich or wrap to give it an extra taste. Oh, and don’t forget to get back to the blog tomorrow for the incredible dinner that uses the immersion as a base!
Ingredients in this spicy red pepper feta
As I mentioned, this creamy immersion requires only 6 simple ingredients, but is absolutely exploded by aroma. Here’s what you will need:
- Feta: I like to use feta cheese as a base for DIP recipes because it adds a very salty, spicy taste.
- Roasted red peppers: The key ingredient? Jar of baked red peppers! We do not bake our own pepper for this recipe. You can usually find these jars near artichoke, olives, etc. Do not hesitate to use or bake regularly.
- Garlic: You will need fresh garlic cloves for spicy taste.
- Lemon juice: Add the perfect amount of brightness with a little lemon juice or vinegar with red wine.
- Olive oil: Touching olive oil helps to mix everything together, so it’s nice and smooth.
- Red pepper flakes: Add a delicious kick with red pepper flakes! See below for more ways to increase the spice level.
Can I do it without dairy products?
The basis of feta cheese is really what makes this immersion, but you can try subordinating dairy products if you can find them! I didn’t test it, so I’m not 100% sure of the aroma, but let me know in the comments if you do.
More ways to add spicy taste
If you do not have red pepper flakes, try to mix in jalapeno or spicy red pepper to give the dipping a wonderful blow to heat!
