Lasagna

This pan with cottage cheese has all the cheeses, juicy kindness of traditional lasagna, but with more protein and less calories. See the recipe card below for accurate measurements.

Pan
  • Partial cottage cheese is a healthy substitute for ricotta cheese in Lazanya. Good culture is my favorite brand.
  • Cheese: Parmesan cheese for filling and grated mozzarella for garnish
  • Herbs: Fresh parsley and basil
  • Ground beef: Use 93% lean beef for added protein.
  • Beehive spice
  • Olive oil to brown the meat
  • Fragrances: Onion and garlic
  • Sauce: Canned crushed tomatoes (I always use tuttorosso) and chicken bone broth for the boost of protein
  • Macarone products: Any short form of pasta will work. Reginets, Mafalda, Campanel, Farfal and broken lasagna noodles are some good options.
