This incredibly simple, but absolutely delicious appetizer for warm weather comes from Wayyy back in the archives of AK. Imagine this: this is the summer of 2017, Abra and I tested summer recipes in her first year, working with me, and Tony and I were busy planning our wedding (OMG).
Those delicious baked strawberry goat cheese crosy Come out of the “Happy Hour” head to my friend Catherine’s cookbook, Love real foodWhich she had just posted! You probably know her as Cookie + Kate – She is the author of Og Food Blogger and a cookbook, which has been making wonderful, useful recipes for years.
I absolutely love this recipe because it is the perfect balance of simplicity and sophistication. Aka I can wave them with a few simple ingredients and feel fantasy at the same time. The perfect spring or summer app for fun!
All you will need to make these baked strawberry crosses
Beautiful, ripe strawberries are thrown into a little honey before they pop up into the oven, and the simple combo smells so good. They become super tender and the juice is magnificent for reducing crunchy toasts.
The aromas of these sweet small crostiles have the perfect amount of sweetness, creamy and freshness. Here’s what you will need:
- Goat cheese: You will spread creamy, sharp goat cheese as the basis of any crosy.
- Strawberries: The star of the show! Bake these babies so they become super juicy.
- Honey: You will throw strawberries in a little honey before you bake for extremely delicious sweetness.
- Bread: Cut a whole baguette or a small bread for bread for the base of crostins. You will just need some olive oil to smear each side before baked in the oven.
- Vasily: Finish each crostins with freshly torn basil for a lovely, herbi element.
Add a stroke of heat
If you love sweet, spicy and spicy together, change the honey for hot honey! You can find hot honey in the store or you can do it right at home by mixing together 2 tablespoons of honey with 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce or a pinch of pepper.
Customize your strawberry goat cheese crostini
Feel free to mix your aromas to make these crosses really! Here’s what I can recommend:
- Try a new fruit. I think roasted cherries or peaches would also be delicious.
- Choose your cheese. Not a fan of goat cheese? Replace it for another light, soft cheese like cream cheese, ricotta, storm or even beaten cottage cheese.
- Add a crunch. The order of sliced, roasted pistachio would be wonderful.
- Add rain. If you love sharp scents, I think a roller balsamic glaze would be incredible.
Can I make it gluten -free or dairy -free?
- To do gluten -free: Replace the ordinary baguette with a sturdy, gluten -free bread.
- To make without enchanted: Use scattered, soft vegan cheese in place of curd. The vegan cream cheese would work well!

These roasted strawberry goat cheese Crostini are best when enjoying the day, so I would only recommend assembling those that will be eaten.

Easily roasted strawberry goat cheese crosy

Beautiful roast strawberry goat cheese crosted, prepared with six simple ingredients and burst with fresh taste. These easy strawberry goat cheese Crostini make the perfect appearance of spring or summer!
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 ounces goat cheese
- 1 Pound strawberries, peeling and cut into slices of sizes of bites
- 2 tablespoons Darling
- 2 tablespoons Alien olive oil
- 1 Celated baguette or small bread of crunchy whole grain bread (about 14 ounces), cut into ½-inch slices
- A small handful of fresh basil leaves torn in small pieces
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F with racks in the middle and upper third of the oven. Row of two large baking sheets with parchment paper for easier cleaning. Put the goat cheese on the counter to soften a little.
-
On a baking sheet, throw strawberries with honey, then spread strawberries into one layer. Bake on the top trunk until the fruits are gentle, juicy and collapse on themselves, for 20 to 25 minutes, throwing in half. Watch the fruits at the ends of the pan as honey can quickly burn.
-
Meanwhile, on the rest of the baking sheet, grease the olive oil lightly on both sides of each slice of bread. Bake on the middle trunk while the toast is golden on top, 10 to 12 minutes.
-
Once the toasts are cool enough to handle it safely, supplement each of them with the spread of goat cheese, followed by a spoonful of baked strawberries and their juices. Finish crostins with sprinkled basil and black pepper. Crostins are best served immediately.
