We were invited to enjoy the Christmas Day Brunch Buffet in Aurora at The Celeste Hotel, University of Central Florida’s first on-campus luxury hotel, and it was the best holiday brunch we’ve ever had.
My family indulged in a sumptuous holiday buffet of sumptuous dishes prepared by Executive Chef Mike Trudnak and his team.
The presentation turned into a feast for the eyes.

SOUP AND SALAD DISCOVERY – New England seafood chowder, butternut squash chowder, plus a build-your-own salad bar for a completely customized rough-and-tumble course.
DISPLAY OF SEAFOOD SOLUTIONS – Chilled clams, oysters, blue mussels, smoked salmon, shelled shrimp.

OMELETTE AND EGGS BENEDICT ARE MADE TO ORDER
CHEF ATTENDED THE RISOTTO STATION – Lobster, Shrimp and Oyster Seafood Risotto.
CARVING STATIONS – Turkey, Prime Rib, Ham and all Faroese salmon.
CHILDREN’S BUFFET – Chicken Tenders, Mac and Cheese, French Fries.
FRUIT DISPLAY – A very Florida-friendly Tropical Fruit Display featuring mangoes, oranges, papaya, cantaloupe, dragon fruit and more.
