- Spread the immersion in a shallow rectangular dish to imitate a garden bed. Use the back of a spoon to smooth it evenly.
- Sprinkle toasted Panko On top, to shape your “dirt” layer. The pancot is toasted with a little olive oil, salt, cumin and black sesame seeds in a small pan until golden brown.
