My Favorite Sweet Potato Casserole
My favorite since childhood Thanksgiving recipe is a sweet potato casserole. Loaded with butter, flour, milk, eggs and sugar, this side dish could easily pass for dessert. No wonder I loved it!
But as our family grew, so did our food needs! Now we had to accommodate allergies to dairy, eggs and gluten.
So I decided to recreate my family’s favorite sweet potato casserole recipe to make it allergy friendly. And after many attempts I succeeded!
