Giant ginger
“I love the idea of glucose tricks being gentle giants that we wear throughout the day. They protect our glucose levels and free us up to do whatever we want. This giant leaves a tingling sensation on the lips and a heat in the throat. If you like ginger, start with two teaspoons freshly grated. If you’re new to it, start with one teaspoon and gradually increase to two.”
1. Mix grated ginger with apple cider vinegar in a cup.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add soda water. You can add a slice of lemon to decorate the glass if you like.
