How to Make Easy Christmas Snack Mix

I love a good no bake recipe! This snack mix is easy to prepare in about five minutes, although it takes a little longer to prepare before you can serve it.

  1. First, line a large rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cereal, pretzels, mini snowballs, and M&Ms.
  3. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips for 1 minute. Stir and melt again in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Then mix in half of the crushed candy canes.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and sprinkle half of the unmatched cookies over the bowl. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Spread the cereal mixture on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, then sprinkle the remaining crushed candy canes and unmatched cookies all over the pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes (or let sit at room temperature for 30-45 minutes) to set.

Your Christmas snack mix is ready to serve and enjoy! Break it up and place it in a large serving bowl or plate for guests, or keep it in a bag for easy storage.

Plus, make it your own by adding your favorite candy and use your favorite Chex cereal. I think this would be delicious with Chocolate Chex!
