    Tips and variations

Here are some helpful tips and variations to customize your chicken bay.

    • Do not overdo it with chicken. The chicken can become dry and difficult, so it is best to use a meat thermometer to ensure that it reaches (and does not exceed) an internal temperature of 165 ° F.
    • Heat a grill or pan. Make sure your cooking surface is hot before adding chicken or vegetables helps to achieve a pleasant alley and better taste.
    • Cut the vegetables evenly. For even cooking, make sure your peppers and onions are cut into strips of a similar size.
    • Do not overload the pan. If you cook inside, give the vegetables and chicken space to cook evenly so that they caramelize well instead of stewing.
    • Make it low in carbohydratesS To save carbohydrates, use a large lettuce sheet instead of tortillas to wrap yourself around Fajita fillings. You can also serve chicken and vegetables over lettuce like salad. Add fresh avocado and use salsa as a dressing.

    Suggestion

The Mexican chicken phajite is usually served with rice and beans, but corn is another great country. If you want to keep the number of carbohydrates, cauliflower rice is an excellent option. And don’t forget Margarita!

    Healthy Chicken Fajiti

My husband Tommy is a creature of habit. Every time we eat at a Mexican restaurant, he always orders chicken phajite. When we went to Mexico years ago, he may have ordered them almost every night! So, of course, these healthy chicken phajites have become regular in our home. We make them for Dinner At least once a month, their whole family is happy. (If, as my husband, you love the fags but you want some variety, try my Spicy breakfast Fajitas. Grilledand Shrimp Fajitas He!)

Why do these chicken bays become a major meal plan

A true story, when I started meeting Tommy, he invited me to dinner and made these chicken pharmies! They are fast, fragrant and ideal for busy weeks. That’s why we do them again and again!

    • Family and great for picky eating. Fags are easy to decorate if your children like to eat their foods separately! When Madison was younger, she only liked her Peppers Raw fighters, so I would cut a little and set them aside for her with a little chicken and tortilla.
    • Protein-led. Chicken breasts are a great source of slender protein, which makes these fags in nutritional and filling food.
    • Universal. Switch the garnish, serve your chicken phargies in salad instead of tortillas, cook the pans in a pan if you do not want to shoot on a grill – there are so many ways to make this recipe!
