All you will need to make this cottage cheese Giardiniera cheese
Read this right – this immersion requires only 4 simple ingredients! The result is super creamy, slightly spicy and so aromatic. Here’s what you will have to do:
- Cottage cheese: I like to use a low -fat house (my favorite is a good culture!), But every brand will work. This is a great way to use an entire container.
- Garlic: A little garlic adds the perfect spicy element.
- Lemon bark: Decrease the dipping with fresh lemon peel.
- Giardiniera: Feel free to use hot or Mild giardiniera Depending on the tolerance of your spice!
- For garnish: I like to garnish the immersion with additional Giardiniera, grated parmesan and fresh parsley or green onions.
Fall in love with Giardiniera
If you are new to this word (and this food), welcome to one of my new favorite spices. This is an Italian staple that is known in Chicago and used on sandwiches with Italian beef and I use it in my favorite Slow cooker Italian chicken sandwiches!
In general, it’s just a jar of marinated vegetables such as peppers, cauliflower and carrots, which are stuck in vinegar and olive oil and adds such incredible taste to the recipes. Can range from light to very spicy, so I recommend Use of a slight In this recipe, if you are not used to kicking the heat!
Not a fan of cottage cheese?
I love the spicy scent that cottage cheese cheese gives this dip, but I think more slim.
