- 1½ Cups Dairy-free milk (I like hemp, coconut, or almond)
- 1 Tuberculosis. Raw cocoa powder
- 1 scoop Glow Greens Powder (GGP)
- ½ A ripe banana (frozen if you have one!)
- 1 tablespoon Raw honey to sweeten further (optional)
